Wild black fruits and a fleck of fennel and graphite. Light on its feet with elegance. Mineral drive, raspberrues and red cherries swirl around. Rosehip, dried herbs, the palate is so expressive. Blood orange and wet stone. Great energy. Can be served with a slight chill on the warmer months.
10% whole bunches and 90% de-stemmed, maceration 20days, elevage 3 months in ceramic egg.
