Sailors Grave - Bone Yard Umami Ale
Style: Red Ale (with Verjus)
The first beer made in collaboration with Meatsmith (part of the McConnell group). This red ale is packed tight with flavour from local kelp and a hint of the Meatsmith Veal jus. A super flavoursome "umami ale". Toffee-laced, nutty, rye-spiced sweetness, wheat beer like esters and a toasty edge. Probably perfectly teamed with a meat meal from Meatsmiths goods.
