Minim - Yandoit Barbera 2020
A full flavoured Barbera. Dark red and black fruit with notes of plum and spice. Classic Barbera back bone of crisp acid drives through the palate. An excellent food wine.
From a small site on basalt soils in the hills around Yandoit. Destemmed and fermented for 3 weeks before elevage on fine lees for 11 months.
