Yuzu kosho is a Japanese condiment made from fresh chillies combined with the rind and juice of the fragrantly tart yuzu. A powerful, flavour-packed paste.
Made using the same process as green yuzu kosho, but using late-season red chillies instead. Red yuzu kosho has a slightly rounder profile than the green.
