Gewürztraminer, pinot gris and riesling (50/10/40)
Moutere clay (small amounts of river gravels on clay). Amphora then stainless.
Gewürztraminer, Riesling and some Pinot Gris skin fermented for 10 days in amphora. Riesling and Gewürztraminer co-fermented in open fermenters for 5 days and pressed to amphora for aging.
