Fun, textural fizzy from Moondarra. Fruity and wild. Refreshing and fun. Did we say fun? Zero sulphite additions here. Unfined / Unfiltered.
Super refreshing, casual take on the classic Alsatian blending trio from Konpira Maru. Light, crisp and clean, with Citrus, apple and tropical fruit notes. Fun and great value.
Incredibly good value organically farmed white from Farmer-Cum-Winemaker Stuart Proud. Cooler climate style, refreshing and on the aromatic side of things with lacings of white flowers and stone fruit. Add the hint of residual sugar and you have a wine which is very hard to put down.
Fruit from Freeman Vineyards in Prunevale, Hilltops region. Fermented on skins using indigenous yeasts. Pressed into seasoned French oak barriques.
Cherry and rhubarb with a good bite to it. Somewhere between a Rose and a light red. Keep this one chilled.
A marriage of early picked Shiraz and ripe Riesling. Bright red fruits, puckering acid and a lick of tannin make for a delightfully moreish proposition. Works perfectly with a chill. A more layered and savoury entry in the fridge-able reds category.
Shiraz sourced on Mount Canobolas near Orange, home to some of Australia's highest vineyards. The fruit is managed sustainably by owners Justin and Pip Jarrett. The notorious William Rikard-Bell has been told to let loose with the fruit in the cellar, breaking boundaries and exploring the other side to these varieties. The wines are incredible value, great fun and easy-drinking.
