Outstanding biodynamic white from Ribeiro in Galicia, Spain. 11 year old vines planted on decomposed granite, made from a blend of Treixadura, Lado, and Agudelo (Chenin Blanc). Initial fermentation in stainless, then finished with 11 months elevage in a portion seasoned oak and a portion clay tinajas (amphorae), during which time flor is developed. The wine sits somewhere between Loire Chenin and something more Jura-esque - Clean and precise with mouthwatering acidity, autolytic character and complexity and a saline edge on the finish.
