From Progotto Sete - a small collective agricultural, social and cultural project born in 2013 with the aim of saving the few remaining vineyards of Lazio's Amaseno River Valley. Made as naturally as can be utilising the region's native grape varieties, the wines have great energy and personality.
Bomba is a Petillant Naturel of the local Ottonese. Wonderfully alive and aromatic, with densely packed tropical fruits and flowers, full texture and a complex, savoury finish.
