Black currants, the aromas invite diving into a sea of red fruits. Invigorating. Sweet blackcurrants braced by acidity that swirls past. Wirling dervish dance. Raspberries, figs, snappy. Turkish delight, saline. Lingering. Beautiful minerality.
Foot crushed and direct pressed. Fermented in stainless steel, then bottled at 20g/l RS and aged on the lees in bottle for 12 months before disgorging by hand. No dosage.
