From Triassic red marls, on a south-facing plot with a steep 35% slope at an altitude of 350m. Hand de-stemmed, with semi-carbonic maceration of approximately 20 days including 2 days of cold pre-fermentation maceration before aging in foudre for 10 months. A beautiful balance of fruit and freshness, fantastically precise.
