About the Winemakers

Tim is the winemaker at Les Fruits. Tim has been making for a few years now, producing wines from organic fruit sourced from the Adelaide Hills, McLaren Vale and Barossa. The wines are made in the Adelaide Hills with minimal intervention. These wines are a world away from "natty juice", showing serious structure and complexity despite being highly drinkable.

Sarah is one of the winemakers at Parley Wines, alongside Joss and Mel. All three have different backgrounds in wine but decided to pool their efforts into a single project. They source fruit from McLaren Vale and again the wine is made minimally. They only have one release under their belt so far but they are already gaining a following.

Les & Sez Wines is Tim and Sarah making wine together. Here they can experiment and have fun, trying new combinations and styles of winemaking.

Our wine tastings finish at 8:30 pm. They sometimes go a little over but we try to have everything officially wrapped up by then and let people hang back and chat if they like.

In terms of food we serve snacks but not meals. The snacks vary for each event. It is quite common for people to head next door to the bar for dinner after a tasting.

Tickets are non-refundable but can be exchanged for credit up to 7 days before the event. This can not be done closer to the event as we order wines for the event based on ticket sales.
